GoodFor Survey Prize Draw - Amazon Voucher

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions for the GoodFor Survey Prize Draw – Amazon Voucher (the “Prize Draw Terms”), the following definitions and rules of interpretation apply unless the context requires otherwise.

1.2 Defined terms are capitalised throughout these Prize Draw Terms. The following expressions have the meanings set out below:

(a) Company means “The Goodfor Company Limited”.

(b) Registered Address means “The Goodfor Company Limited’s registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX”.

(c) GoodFor App means the mobile application and website operated by the Company, including all features, content, and services provided under the GoodFor brand.

(d) Survey means the online feedback survey made available by the Company for the purpose of collecting user feedback to improve the GoodFor App, accessible via the website footer at goodfor.app, in-app links, or via email invitation.

(e) Prize Draw means the monthly random draw conducted by the Company in accordance with these Prize Draw Terms, in which eligible participants may win an Amazon Voucher.

(f) Amazon Voucher means a digital Amazon gift voucher with a value of £25 (or local currency equivalent), subject to Amazon’s standard terms and conditions, to be delivered by email to the winner.

(g) Entry means a valid submission of a fully completed Survey by a participant during the relevant monthly entry period.

(h) Participant means any individual who submits a fully completed Survey in accordance with these Prize Draw Terms, subject to eligibility requirements.

(i) Winner means the Participant selected at random from all eligible Entries for a given monthly Prize Draw.

(j) Entry Period means the period commencing at 00:00 (local time) on the first day of each calendar month and ending at 23:59 (local time) on the last day of the same month.

(k) Notification means the email communication sent by the Company to the Winner informing them of their selection and providing instructions for claiming the Amazon Voucher.

(l) Marketing Department means the department within the Company responsible for managing the Prize Draw, contactable at hello@goodfor.app.

(m) Applicable Law means all laws, regulations, and codes of practice that apply to the operation of the Prize Draw, including but not limited to the laws of England and Wales.

(n) Disqualification means the removal of a Participant’s Entry from the Prize Draw due to breach of these Prize Draw Terms, submission of false or misleading information, ineligibility, or other grounds as set out herein.

(o) Privacy Policy means the Company’s privacy policy as published on the GoodFor App website, which governs the collection, use, and protection of personal data in connection with the Prize Draw.

1.3 Unless the context otherwise requires:

(a) words in the singular include the plural and vice versa;

(b) references to one gender include all genders;

(c) references to persons include individuals, companies, and other legal entities;

(d) references to “month” or “monthly” refer to calendar months unless otherwise specified.

1.4 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Prize Draw Terms.

1.5 Any reference to a statute or regulation includes all subordinate legislation and amendments in force from time to time.

1.6 If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Prize Draw Terms and any other policy or document referred to herein, these Prize Draw Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

1.7 Any examples provided in these Prize Draw Terms are for illustrative purposes only and do not limit the generality of the related provisions.

1.8 Participants may request a copy of these Prize Draw Terms in another language by contacting hello@goodfor.app. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 Entry to the GoodFor Survey Prize Draw – Amazon Voucher (the “Prize Draw”) is open to all individuals who complete the designated feedback survey for the GoodFor application, subject to the requirements set out in this section. The Prize Draw is operated by The Goodfor Company Limited (“the Promoter”), whose registered address is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

2.2 To be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw, entrants must satisfy all of the following conditions:

(a) be a natural person (not a company, partnership, or other legal entity);

(b) complete the full feedback survey available via the GoodFor app, email invitation, or the survey link located in the footer of the website at goodfor.app, during the relevant monthly entry period;

(c) submit only truthful, accurate, and complete information in response to all survey questions;

(d) be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, or, where under 18, have obtained the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian in accordance with applicable laws and the Promoter’s procedures;

(e) not be an employee, officer, or director of the Promoter, its group companies, or any third party directly connected with the administration of the Prize Draw, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person;

(f) not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that would prohibit participation in the Prize Draw in their country or jurisdiction of residence.

3. Eligible Jurisdictions

3.1 The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are resident in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as any other jurisdiction where participation in such prize draws is lawful and not prohibited by local law or regulation. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is permitted under the laws of their country or territory.

4. Entry Requirements

4.1 To enter the Prize Draw, participants must fully complete and submit the designated feedback survey during the monthly entry period, which runs from the first day to the last day of each calendar month. Only surveys that are fully completed and submitted within the relevant entry period will be considered valid entries for that month’s draw.

4.2 Each individual may submit multiple entries per monthly draw, provided that each entry corresponds to a separate, fully completed survey. Incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

5. Disqualification

5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Prize Draw where, in its reasonable opinion:

(a) the entrant has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information in connection with the survey or entry process;

(b) the entrant is found to have breached these terms and conditions, the GoodFor app terms of service, or any applicable law or regulation;

(c) the entrant is under the age of 18 and has not obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent as required;

(d) the entrant has engaged in any conduct which, in the Promoter’s view, is fraudulent, abusive, or prejudicial to the fair operation of the Prize Draw.

6. Verification and Proof of Eligibility

6.1 The Promoter may require any entrant to provide proof of age, identity, residency, or any other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize awarded.

7. Exclusions

7.1 The following persons are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw:

(a) employees, officers, or directors of The Goodfor Company Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any third party directly involved in the administration or promotion of the Prize Draw;

(b) immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household as any of the above;

(c) any person who has been previously disqualified from any GoodFor prize draw or promotion for breach of terms or misconduct.

8. Ongoing Eligibility

8.1 Entrants must continue to meet all eligibility requirements throughout the duration of the Prize Draw and until any prize is awarded. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a prize if it becomes aware that an entrant has become ineligible or has breached any of these terms and conditions at any time.

9. Acceptance of Terms

9.1 By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as the GoodFor app terms of service and privacy policy. Entry into the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of all applicable rules and policies.

10. Eligibility Criteria

10.1 Entry to the GoodFor Survey Prize Draw – Amazon Voucher (the “Prize Draw”) is open to all individuals who complete the designated feedback survey for the GoodFor application, subject to the following conditions:

(a) Participants must be natural persons and not acting on behalf of any business, organisation, or group;

(b) Participants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;

(c) Participants must be resident in one of the following jurisdictions: United Kingdom, European Economic Area (EEA), United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand;

(d) Employees, officers, and directors of The Goodfor Company Limited (“the Promoter”), and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter;

(e) Participants must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions that would prohibit entry or receipt of the prize in their jurisdiction.

11. Entry Period

11.1 The entry period for each monthly Prize Draw commences at 00:00 (midnight) local UK time on the first day of each calendar month and closes at 23:59 local UK time on the last day of the same month.

11.2 Entries received outside the specified entry period will not be eligible for that month’s draw but may be considered for subsequent draws if otherwise valid.

12. Method of Entry

12.1 To enter the Prize Draw, participants must fully complete the official GoodFor feedback survey, which is accessible via:

(a) the survey link provided in the GoodFor application;

(b) the survey link distributed by email to registered users;

(c) the survey link published in the footer of the website at goodfor.app.

12.2 Only surveys that are fully completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions will be considered valid entries. Incomplete, partially completed, or illegible surveys will not be accepted for entry into the Prize Draw.

13. Entry Limits

13.1 Each participant may submit multiple entries per monthly Prize Draw, provided that each entry corresponds to a separate, fully completed survey submission within the relevant entry period.

13.2 There is no restriction on the number of times a single participant may win the Prize Draw in different months, provided all entries comply with these Terms and Conditions.

13.3 Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties or agents will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

14. Entry Validation and Disqualification

14.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and participants. The Promoter may require participants to provide proof of age, identity, and residency at any stage of the Prize Draw process.

14.2 Entries will be disqualified and rendered void if:

(a) the participant provides false, misleading, or incomplete information in the survey or during the entry process;

(b) the participant is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation;

(c) the participant is under the age of 18 at the time of entry;

(d) the entry is submitted on behalf of another person or entity, or by automated means.

14.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and disqualification is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Confirmation of Entry

16.1 Upon successful submission of a fully completed survey, participants will be deemed to have entered the Prize Draw for the relevant month. No confirmation of entry will be provided, but participants may contact the Promoter at hello@goodfor.app to confirm receipt of their entry if required.

16.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or not received for any reason, including technical failures or interruptions.

17. Amendments and Cancellation

17.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, where it becomes necessary to do so. Any material changes will be communicated to participants via the website, in-app notification, or email, as appropriate.

17.2 Continued participation in the Prize Draw following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

18. Nature of the Prize

18.1 The prize for each monthly draw is a digital Amazon voucher with a value of £25 (or the local currency equivalent, as determined by Amazon at the time of issue). The voucher is intended as an incentive for eligible participants who complete the designated feedback survey for the GoodFor application.

18.2 The Amazon voucher is provided solely for the purposes of the GoodFor Survey Prize Draw and is not exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.

19. Prize Conditions

19.1 The following conditions apply to the Amazon voucher prize:

● The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

● No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of the Amazon voucher.

● The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted with an alternative of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of The Goodfor Company Limited if, for reasons beyond its control, the stated prize is unavailable.

● Only one prize will be awarded per person per monthly draw; however, the same individual may win in multiple months if selected in accordance with the rules.

● The Amazon voucher is subject to Amazon’s standard terms and conditions, including any applicable regional or country restrictions and expiry dates, which will be communicated to the winner at the time of delivery.

● The recipient is solely responsible for safeguarding the voucher code and for any loss, theft, or unauthorised use once delivered.

20. Prize Delivery

20.1 The Amazon voucher will be delivered to the winner by email, using the email address provided by the participant at the time of survey completion or as registered with their GoodFor account. The voucher will be sent within a reasonable period following winner confirmation, and in any event no later than 14 days after the winner has claimed the prize in accordance with these terms.

20.2 The Goodfor Company Limited accepts no responsibility for any failure of delivery due to incorrect or incomplete contact details provided by the participant, or for any technical or system failures outside its control.

21. Claiming the Prize

21.1 The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the monthly draw taking place. The winner must respond to the notification and claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, the prize will be forfeited and The Goodfor Company Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries at its sole discretion.

21.2 The Goodfor Company Limited may require the winner to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility prior to awarding the prize. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

22. Publicity and Winner Consent

22.1 The winner’s name and/or other identifying information will not be published or used for promotional purposes without the winner’s separate, explicit consent. The Goodfor Company Limited will contact the winner to request such consent, and participation in publicity is entirely voluntary. Refusal to provide consent for publicity will not affect the awarding of the prize.

23. Limitations and Exclusions

23.1 The Amazon voucher prize is limited to one per eligible winner per monthly draw. Multiple entries are permitted (one per completed survey), but only one prize will be awarded per person per draw. The same individual may win in subsequent months if selected at random in accordance with the rules.

23.2 The Goodfor Company Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of accepting or using the prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

23.3 The prize is provided “as is” and The Goodfor Company Limited makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the Amazon voucher or any goods or services purchased using the voucher.

24. Additional Terms

24.1 The Goodfor Company Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw or to substitute the prize at any time without prior notice, where circumstances make this necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to participants via the GoodFor website, in-app notifications, or by email.

24.2 All decisions of The Goodfor Company Limited in relation to the prize, winner selection, and interpretation of these terms are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw or the awarding of the prize.

24.3 For any queries or complaints regarding the prize or the prize draw, participants may contact the Marketing Department of The Goodfor Company Limited at hello@goodfor.app or via the contact form on the website. All complaints will be handled in accordance with the internal complaints process, and the decision of The Goodfor Company Limited will be final.

25. Winner Selection and Notification

25.1 The process for selecting and notifying the winner of the GoodFor Survey Prize Draw – Amazon Voucher is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This section sets out the procedures and standards to be followed by The Goodfor Company Limited (“the Company”) in relation to the monthly prize draw.

25.2 The following provisions apply to all entries received for the GoodFor Survey Prize Draw:

(a) All eligible entries received via the designated online survey link, as made available through the GoodFor app, email communications, or the website footer at goodfor.app, during the relevant monthly entry period, will be included in the draw for that month.

(b) To qualify for entry, participants must fully complete the feedback survey in accordance with the instructions provided. Incomplete or partially completed surveys will not be considered valid entries.

(c) Each completed survey constitutes a single entry into the monthly draw. Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry corresponds to a separate, fully completed survey. There is no limit to the number of entries per person per month, and the same individual may win in multiple months if selected at random.

(d) On the last day of each calendar month, the Company will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received during that month. The draw will be conducted using a method that ensures impartiality and random selection, such as a computerised randomisation tool or equivalent process.

(e) The winner will be selected solely on the basis of chance, with no element of skill, judgement, or purchase required. The decision of the Company in relation to the selection of the winner is final and binding, subject only to the internal complaints process set out in these Terms and Conditions.

(f) The winner will be notified by email, using the contact details provided in connection with their survey entry or registered GoodFor account. Notification will be sent within five (5) business days of the draw taking place.

(g) The winner must respond to the notification and claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of the notification email. Instructions for claiming the prize will be provided in the notification. If the winner does not respond or fails to claim the prize within this period, the prize will be forfeited and the Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries, or to withhold the prize at its discretion.

(h) The prize will be delivered to the winner in the form of a digital Amazon voucher, sent by email to the address provided by the winner. The voucher will be subject to Amazon’s standard terms and conditions, including any applicable regional or country restrictions and expiration period, which will be stated at the time of delivery. The winner is solely responsible for safeguarding the voucher and for any loss or unauthorised use after delivery.

(i) The Company will not publish or use the winner’s name or any personal information for publicity or promotional purposes without obtaining the winner’s separate, explicit consent. The winner may be invited to provide such consent at the time of notification, but is under no obligation to do so.

(j) Any entry found to contain false or misleading information, or submitted in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law, will be disqualified from the draw. Entries from individuals who are underage, or otherwise ineligible, will also be disqualified.

(k) The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to request such information or documentation as may be reasonably required to confirm identity, age, or compliance with these Terms and Conditions prior to awarding the prize.

(l) All decisions made by the Company in relation to the selection and notification of the winner are final, subject only to the internal complaints process. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw, except as required by law or as set out in the complaints procedure.

(m) Any queries or complaints regarding the winner selection or notification process should be directed to the Marketing Department at hello@goodfor.app or via the contact form on the Company’s website. The Company will endeavour to respond to all such queries in a timely and fair manner, and its decision following the internal process will be final.

(n) The Company reserves the right to amend or update the winner selection and notification procedures at any time, with notice provided to participants via the website, in-app notification, or email, as appropriate. Any such changes will take effect from the date of publication or notification.

(o) This section is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising in connection with the winner selection and notification process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

26. Claiming the Prize

26.1 The process for claiming the Amazon voucher prize in the GoodFor Survey Prize Draw is set out in this section. These provisions apply to all participants who are selected as winners in accordance with the draw procedures established by The Goodfor Company Limited (“the Promoter”).

26.2 The following terms govern the notification, acceptance, and delivery of the prize:

26.3 Notification of Winners

(a) The winner of each monthly draw will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant entry period, as defined in the preceding sections of these Terms and Conditions.

(b) The draw will take place on the last day of each calendar month, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, at the discretion of the Promoter.

(c) The winner will be notified by email, using the contact details provided at the time of survey completion or as registered with their GoodFor app account.

(d) The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner within five (5) business days of the draw date.

26.4 Claim Period and Acceptance

(a) The winner must claim the prize by responding to the notification email within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the notification is sent by the Promoter.

(b) To claim the prize, the winner may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide any additional information reasonably requested by the Promoter to facilitate prize delivery and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

(c) If the winner does not respond within the specified claim period, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

26.5 Prize Delivery

(a) Upon successful claim and verification, the prize will be delivered to the winner in the form of a digital Amazon voucher, sent to the email address provided by the winner or as registered with their GoodFor app account.

(b) The Promoter will endeavour to deliver the prize within ten (10) business days of receiving the winner’s claim and any required information, but shall not be liable for any delay outside its reasonable control.

(c) The Amazon voucher will be subject to Amazon’s standard terms and conditions, including any applicable regional or country restrictions, minimum spend requirements, and expiry dates, which will be communicated to the winner at the time of delivery.

(d) The winner is solely responsible for safeguarding the voucher code and for any loss, theft, or unauthorised use of the voucher after delivery.

26.6 Publicity and Consent

(a) The Promoter will not publish or use the winner’s name or any personal information for publicity or promotional purposes without obtaining the winner’s separate, explicit consent.

(b) The winner may be invited to provide a testimonial or participate in promotional activity, but participation is entirely voluntary and subject to the winner’s agreement.

26.7 Disqualification and Forfeiture

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner who:

(i) fails to claim the prize within the specified period;
(ii) is found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information in connection with their entry;
(iii) is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law;
(iv) is found to be under the minimum age required for participation or otherwise ineligible.

(b) In the event of disqualification or forfeiture, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries or withhold the prize.

26.8 No Cash Alternative and Non-Transferability

(a) The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered in any circumstances.

(b) The prize is limited to one Amazon voucher per winner per monthly draw. The same individual may win in multiple months if selected at random in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

26.9 Queries and Support

(a) Any queries or complaints regarding the claiming of the prize should be directed to the Marketing Department of The Goodfor Company Limited at hello@goodfor.app or via the contact form on the website at goodfor.app.

(b) The Promoter will endeavour to respond to all queries and complaints in a timely and fair manner. The outcome of the internal complaints process will be final and binding, and there is no further right of appeal or escalation to an external body in relation to the prize draw.

26.10 Amendments

(a) The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw or these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to providing reasonable notice to participants via the website, in-app notification, or email, as appropriate.

(b) Any changes will not affect entries already received or prizes already awarded, except where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

27. Disqualification and Forfeiture

27.1 The Goodfor Company Limited (“the Promoter”) is committed to ensuring the integrity and fairness of the GoodFor Survey Prize Draw – Amazon Voucher incentive scheme. This section sets out the circumstances in which an entry may be disqualified and a prize may be forfeited, as well as the procedures and consequences associated with such actions.

27.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant or entry from the prize draw and/or to forfeit any prize awarded, in accordance with the following provisions:

27.3 Grounds for Disqualification

(a) A participant may be disqualified from the prize draw, and any prize awarded may be forfeited, if the Promoter reasonably determines that:

(i) the participant has submitted false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information in connection with the survey or prize draw entry;
(ii) the participant is found to be under the age of 18 at the time of entry, or otherwise fails to meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions;
(iii) the participant has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the GoodFor app Terms of Service, or any applicable law or regulation;
(iv) the participant has engaged in any form of fraudulent, dishonest, or improper conduct, including but not limited to multiple entries using false identities, automated or bulk entries, or attempts to manipulate the outcome of the prize draw;
(v) the participant has acted in a manner that, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, brings the prize draw, the Promoter, or its partners into disrepute or otherwise undermines the integrity of the process.

27.4 Forfeiture of Prize

(a) A prize may be forfeited in the following circumstances:

(i) the winner fails to respond to the notification of their win within 14 days of the Promoter’s initial email communication;
(ii) the winner is unable to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility, identity, or compliance with these Terms and Conditions upon request;
(iii) the winner declines the prize, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept the prize as awarded;
(iv) the Promoter determines, after reasonable investigation, that the winner’s entry should have been disqualified under the preceding sub-clause.

27.5 Procedure for Disqualification and Forfeiture

(a) Where the Promoter determines that disqualification or forfeiture is appropriate, the following procedure will apply:

(i) the participant or winner will be notified in writing (by email) of the decision to disqualify or forfeit, including a brief statement of the grounds for such action;
(ii) the participant or winner will be given an opportunity to respond or provide further information within a reasonable period, not exceeding 7 days from the date of notification;
(iii) the Promoter will consider any response received and will confirm its final decision in writing. The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding, subject only to the internal complaint process set out in these Terms and Conditions.

27.6 Consequences of Disqualification or Forfeiture

(a) Where a participant is disqualified or a prize is forfeited:

(i) the participant’s entry or entries for the relevant monthly draw will be rendered void and ineligible for selection;
(ii) if the participant has already been selected as a winner, the prize will be withdrawn and will not be delivered. If the prize has already been delivered, the Promoter reserves the right to require its return or to take reasonable steps to recover its value;
(iii) the Promoter may, at its discretion, select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries for the relevant monthly draw, or may decide not to award the forfeited prize for that month;
(iv) the participant may be excluded from future prize draws or promotional activities conducted by the Promoter, at its sole discretion.

27.7 No Liability for Disqualification or Forfeiture

(a) The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of disqualification or forfeiture, provided that such action is taken in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

70.3 Nothing in these Prize Draw Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict any mandatory provisions of applicable law in the entrant’s country of residence, where such provisions cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted by agreement.

71. Jurisdiction

71.1 The parties to these Prize Draw Terms, being The Goodfor Company Limited (“the Promoter”) and each entrant, irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Prize Draw Terms, their subject matter, or formation.

71.2 Entrants acknowledge and agree that, except as expressly set out in the following sub-clauses, any proceedings relating to the Prize Draw, the selection of winners, the award or delivery of prizes, or any other matter arising from or connected with these Prize Draw Terms, must be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

74. Severability

74.1 If any provision of this section or these Prize Draw Terms is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

74.2 If any invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable provision would be valid, lawful, and enforceable if some part of it were deleted or modified, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable, while preserving, as far as possible, the original intent of the parties.

75. Entire Agreement

75.1 This section forms part of the entire agreement between the Promoter and each entrant in relation to the Prize Draw. In the event of any conflict between this section and any other provision of the Prize Draw Terms, this section shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

75.2 Entrants are advised to retain a copy of these Prize Draw Terms for their records and to review them regularly for any updates or amendments, which will be notified in accordance with the notification provisions set out elsewhere in these Terms.

76.7 If a participant wishes to make a complaint regarding the operation of the prize draw, the complaint should be submitted in writing via email or the contact form. The Promoter will investigate all complaints impartially and communicate the outcome to the complainant. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final and binding, and there is no further right of appeal or escalation to an external body.

76.8 Participants are encouraged to retain a copy of all correspondence for their records. The Promoter is not responsible for any communications that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.

76.10 For the avoidance of doubt, all communications with the Promoter in relation to the prize draw must be conducted in English. Requests for information or support in other languages may be accommodated at the Promoter’s discretion, but the English version of all correspondence and these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
